Close Enough to Touch (IMDB here) will be airing this month on The Movie Channel. I would assume that since it is from 2002 it doesn't air very often.

Since TMC lists shows on a date even if they air after midnight, I am guessing the film is airing in the wee hours of the morning Tuesday, June 8, Thursday June 17, and Friday June 25. Check your local listings.
