PLEASE do!!!
And just so nobody is disappointed, let me remind you that Blood Scarab is a horror film. With vampires. AND mummies.
And anytime you put mummies and vampires together in the same movie.....well, let's just say it's not art.
Though it is highly entertaining!!!!
Please do not expect a terrific historical epic. Expect blood. And maybe a little dark comedy. And boobies.

Hearing that it's not a great historical epic is really disappointing. However, the promise of boobies takes the sting out of it. _________________ Outside of a dog, a book is man's best friend. Inside of a dog, it's too dark to read. - Groucho Marx |

Dear Ms Parent!
For your information: here in Hungary we will have a New Year's Eve full of You : one of the most viewed TV channels will put three of your films one after the other on its programme that night. The title of this programme will be: "Happy Hot New Year"
Well, I wish You the same: "Happy Hot New Year".

Dear Miss Parent!
I would like to inform you that here in Hungary, at the university where I teach, Blood Scarab has become an auxiliary material in academic teaching. There is a course called "Cinematographic Adaptations of Historical Figures" where the most recent topic is Elisabeth (Erzsébet) Báthory. In the past two years various film adaptations have been produced about this countess (American and Europeans as well) and our students should analyse them from various aspects. Though Blood Scarab is not a very "historical" adaptation of this person, but it is also a special version of the character. I included your film in the material as well, so 67 Hungarian students will have a closer look on Your film. Also, some students will prepare comparative analysis about the performances of the actresses in the main title, and nine students have chosen your performance as well.
All in all, You have become a subject-matter in our university education (again!).
Have a nice spring!
András from Hungary
By the way, I have just discovered you fansite on Facebook and become a member ... I will recommend it to my students as well... |

How absolutely delightful!!! I can't tell you how tickled I am! Please keep me updated! I'd love to hear what your students have to say.
